Getting Started

To volunteer simply Create an Account, if you have not already done so as a consignor. Login to your account and sign up through the Volunteer schedule.

Volunteer shifts are only 4-5 hours and you can sign up for as many as you’d like. For each shift your name will go into the daily shopping card drawing.

VOLUNTEERING Q&A

• Do I have to be a consignor to be a volunteer?
No, however you do need to create an account to be able to sign up on the Volunteer schedule. Consignors who also Volunteer will increase their earning percentage from 65% to 70%.

• What would I be doing as a volunteer?
When you check in at the event you will receive your assignment. If you have special needs or would be better suited for something that is sitting down, please contact us ahead of time to let us know.

• Do I need to wear of bring anything special as a volunteer?
Comfortable shoes are suggested. A snack table will be provided for those on break. If you require a certain type of food or drink please bring it with you.

• What if I need to change my shift once I register?
If necessary, you may change or cancel your shift up to 7 days before the sale begins. If you do not cancel within 7 days before the sale begins or you are not able to complete your shift for a particular reason, we ask that you find a suitable replacement. Profit increases will not be applied until your shift is complete. If you volunteer, we are counting on you to follow through. Please understand that these guidelines have been put in to place to maintain a high quality sale.
