Drop-Off

What can I expect when I drop off my items?
 
Login prior to sale and register for an approximate check-in / drop off time. Please try to stay with your registered check-in time as much as possible. This helps to maintain a smooth drop off.
 
Drop-Off (See Schedule)
Allow approximately 30 minutes to drop off your merchandise. (If we will be assisting with tagging your items, please allow enough time to complete this process.)
 
You will bring prepared merchandise from your car to the check in tables.
 
You will sign a consignor agreement and pick up your Consignor Pre-sale tickets. 2 tickets will be given per consignor
 
You will then proceed to the inspection area where your items will be screened for acceptability and proper tagging. View the Merchandise Prep & Tagging information to insure you know all of the requirements for preparing and tagging your items.
 
After screening, your clothing will be put on the floor by size and type of item. 
 
What can I expect at Pick-Up?
 
Pick Up (See Schedule)
If you are unable to pick up your non-donated items, please arrange for someone to pick them up.
 
The items you have not designated for donation will be grouped for you prior to arriving.
 
Any items not picked up at end of sale will be donated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

 
 
Consignment
Additional Options. Availability for the following services is limited.

If using these following services we ask that you still review our suggested Brands List and Merchandise Prep for applicable information. Items will be screened for acceptability. If we feel an item is not appropriate for the sale, you may have it returned or donated to our TUE end of sale Charity Partner. (donation slips will be mailed to you)

Personal Consignment Service Option

We will pick up, prep your (already cleaned) items, and complete the data and tagging process for you. We will then return unsold items to you that you chose not to donate at the end of the sale. There is an additional 15% service charge on all sold items with this option.(consignors who use our Personal Consignment Service will receive 50% of the profit on their items)

Donation Option

You can donate items to be sold at The Ultimate Exchange Shopping Event on behalf of your chosen charity.  Then, your chosen charity and TUE would split the earnings from the sale of those items at 50%. Your charitable contribution will remain 100% of the value of your items. We ask for a minimum of 8 items. If you are interested in this option, please contact us for more information.

Out of Town Option

If you live outside of the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex and would like to participate in our upcoming Ultimate Exchange Shopping Event, please contact us for information on this option.
